Who should I contact regarding an order error?
This is very rare, but if this should occur, contact our Sales Department on +44 (0)1943 601938 or email us at enquiries@footballkit.co.uk and they will be able to look into any possible errors for you.

How do I make payment?
Full payment must be made before your order goes into processing. Payment can be made via Cheque, Credit or Debit Card and Bacs Transfer.
How many items can I request on a sample order?
Samples are strictly limited to 6 garments only (however a Rio shirt + Baselayer counts as 1 garment) and we are unable to send samples of accessories. Should you place a sample request and already have a sample order (taking the total number of garments over 6) either in transit or in your possession we will hold the second request until the original items are either returned or paid for.
